Created in 1990 to meet the needs of business, ESC Rennes' mission is to enhance companies' performance by training future executives, managers and senior management. |
With ongoing training, ESC Rennes School of Business gets alongside women and men as they acquire professional skills in a global context of international competition. It is attributes like these which enrich a company. Involvement in company strategy, implementing initiatives and pooling resources, creating a dynamic, working in teams and key decision-making are just some of the skills which only by a School open to the business world can develop. There is ongoing interaction at this level, with learning resources provided by the ESC Rennes geared to company requirements. This synergy enables skill-sharing which in turn helps to create a win-win dynamic.

| The ESC Rennes School of Business thus provides working managers with a wide variety of solutions to update and enrich their knowledge base, activate their talents and improve their employability with accredited, recognised training programmes aimed at improving in-company performance. |
| As part of its continuing international development, ESC Rennes has also set up programmes to train overseas managers (mainly from China and Egypt) in partnership with foreign universities. Part of their course there is taught by our staff, which adds to their cultural enrichment as well as bringing a fresh dimension to the programmes taught in Rennes. |
