Please see below our pre-requisites for exchange with the ESC Rennes School of Business 2008/2009

Prerequisites
 
Procedure for application

Students applying for an exchange with the ESC Rennes School of Business must first be nominated by their home institution. Once you have been selected or your request for exchange accepted by the home institution, please fully complete and send the Application form for Exchange Students with the following documents to :

N.B. only original files sent by post will be transmitted to the admissions committee
:
• full and official transcripts at your home institution
a CV in English
a letter of motivation in English
a copy of your passport or identity card
recent Toefl / Toeic or equivalent results (for Double Degree applicants only)

Admission & Choice of classes

Once accepted, students will be contacted in June/July for September entrance and November for January entrance with information on how to proceed.

Visas & Residence permit for non-European nationals
Non-European nationals are required to apply for a visa before coming to France. Please check the website of Campus France in your country.

During the integration programme, the ESC Rennes School of Business helps students prepare their initial request for a residence permit.

Accommodation

The ESC Rennes Schools of Business helps international students to find accommodation in Rennes. There are several possibilities:
• furnished flat-share with other students
• individual furnished flats

home stay
private self-catering residences
Crous (very few rooms available).

Once you have been accepted you will be requested to complete the Accommodation Request form (only sent with the official acceptance letters).

Your Arrival

The Come On student team are here to help you. During the arrival dates, they collect you from the airport or railway station at Rennes, take you to your accommodation and help you settle in.

During the induction week, the ESC Rennes School of Business organizes stands to help you buy your bus pass, open a bank account, sign up for the housing allowance, subscribe to an internet provider, mobile phone company, etc.
