Through the Pedagogy of Experience and Initiative (PEI) and professional and personal development activities, the Grande Ecole Programme emphasises character and skills. Right from the opening weeks of their first year, each student is linked up with a personal tutor who follows them in as their personal development and employment projects progress.
With the help of their tutor, students carry out an appraisal of their particular abilities and start to think about the resources they can use to develop their skills: company placements, projects with student associations or individual initiatives, time spent abroad and elective courses are just some of the ways to reinforce a CV and achieve career goals. At the same time, lectures, training and workshops devised with recruiters enable students to carry out ideal preparation for their future career throughout their studies. |
