Master of Science in Services Marketing and Management
|
|
| Service businesses dominate the economies of developed countries in terms of production and employment. They also represent the fastest growing sector of international trade. Marketing a service business is very different from marketing a product. Marketing a service requires the marketer to establish value for something that cannot be seen, touched or owned. The customer must purchase the service to experience it. Outstanding service companies deliver superior customer value and satisfaction through a close link between the management of Marketing, Operations and HRM functions. The unique characteristics of service businesses are studied in this course in order to prepare graduates for senior marketing positions in industries such as sports, leisure, hospitality, tourism, financial services, consultancy, healthcare and retailing. |
